Designed for BBQ competitions and large-scale catering, this massive unit is built to handle the biggest cookouts with ease. With external dimensions of 34″ x 70″ x 66″ and an impressive 56 square feet of cooking surface, this is the smoker you need when serious capacity is required.

Weighing in at 1200 lbs, the Whole Hog features two racks, one of which is a carousel rack, measuring 27″ x 53″. This cooker can handle an incredible 575 lbs of Boston butts, brisket, and other large cuts of meat, making it perfect for whole hog cooking. Whether you’re competing or catering for a crowd, this smoker is designed to deliver top tier results every time.

The Whole Hog comes standard with stainless steel doors and latches, as well as low-profile smokestacks for optimal smoke control. The butterfly valve with an easy open/close mechanism ensures precision airflow management, while the included heat diverter ensures even heat distribution throughout the cooking chamber.

With a cooking temperature range of 180 to 300°F, the Whole Hog offers versatile cooking options. This smoker can handle:

• Castors {they will raise the smoker up 6″}
• Permanent Stand {This will be welded to the bottom of the smoker in place of the 3-inch feet}

NOTE: We prefer not to go over a total of 16 inches in total height on the bottom of the smoker.
• Racks {additional racks can be added}

• Sliders {additional sliders can be added, these are what your racks rest on and slide in and out on}
