Once your order departs from our warehouse, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email detailing the shipping procedure according to your selected carrier. This email will also contain a link to our order status page, where you can conveniently track the progress of your delivery. While some carriers may contact you to arrange a precise delivery window, the majority will furnish you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
  2. Be ready for a curbside delivery. Upon arrival, your freight shipment will be securely placed on pallets by the freight driver. These pallets will be left at the curb, typically at the end of your driveway. It's important to note that you are responsible for transporting your shipment from the curb into your home or backyard. As the delivery personnel won't go beyond the curb, we advise having at least two helpers available to assist you with moving your items to their final destination.
  3. Be there on delivery day. If your carrier has arranged a delivery appointment (though this is uncommon), it's imperative that you're available at the designated time slot to receive your shipment. You'll need to be present to sign the delivery receipt provided by the driver. However, if no appointment has been scheduled, you still have the option to be present during the delivery. This allows you to inspect your shipment thoroughly and decide whether to accept or refuse the delivery.
  4. Carefully inspect your shipment, then accept or refuse it. Fire Goddess Damage Policy requires you to promptly report any damage to your items within 5 days from the date of delivery, including weekends and holidays. We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival for any signs of damage such as rips in the box, dents, or other issues. If you detect any concerns, we recommend noting them on your receipt before signing for acceptance. If multiple items are found to be damaged, you have the option to refuse the entire delivery. And take pictures. Even if only one or two items are damaged, refusal of the entire pallet is required. If you're not available at the time of delivery, fret not – simply reach out to us within the designated 5-day timeframe to report any damage or issues encountered
  5. Unpack the pallet(s) and make sure everything is there and in good condition. If the shipment appears to be in satisfactory condition, move it from the curb to begin unpacking your item(s). Remember, smaller items might be nested within larger ones, so unpack everything to verify that all items are present and undamaged. You have a window of 5 calendar days from the delivery time to reach out to us regarding any issues with your shipment, whether it's an incomplete order or damaged items. Should you choose to refuse the delivery for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Fire Goddess Shipping Policy


Most products will be processed, shipped and arrive within 7 to 14 business days in non remote areas. Shipping is not included in product price for product under $50.00. For any individual inquiries contact us at support@firegoddess.com for a prompt reply. Your shipping confirmation email will detail the delivery method, ensuring you are informed promptly upon placing your order.


How We Handle Shipping
We maintain the right to select the freight carrier for your shipment. However, it's important to note that we do not have direct control over the shipping companies themselves, whether it's a standard courier or a freight carrier (more details on the latter below). Once a shipment is handed over to the delivery company, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or arrange specific delivery dates. While we can provide estimated delivery times, these are based solely on the information provided by the delivery company. Our customer service team remains available at 1 (403) 536-1778 to assist should any issues arise with your delivery.


Important Information for Large Package Delivery
For smaller items, we utilize DHL and FedEx as our primary carriers. However, for larger items and orders, we rely on freight services. Freight delivery entails a distinct process compared to standard shipping, necessitating thorough preparation and understanding on your part ahead of delivery day. We will send a help guide with each order via email.


The majority of freight products are shipped on a pallet.
1. Freight drivers typically leave all pallets at the curb, placing the responsibility on you to move your shipment from the curb up the driveway and into your home or backyard.
2. While a few carriers may contact you to schedule an exact delivery window, most carriers will solely provide a tracking number along with an estimated delivery date without scheduling a call.
3. The shipping confirmation you receive will outline the specific delivery process you can anticipate.


Freight Carriers That Schedule Delivery Appointments
1. Your presence and signature are mandatory at the time of delivery.
2. Delivery is conducted using a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services.
3. The shipment is deposited at the curb, necessitating your assistance in relocating it to its designated area. We advise having a minimum of two helpers available to aid in the delivery process.


Freight Carriers That Deliver Without An Appointment
1. A specific day and time window for delivery will not be provided; only an estimated delivery date will be given.
2. While your signature is not mandatory upon delivery, we strongly advise that you be present at home when your order arrives.
3. Whether you are present or not at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your pallets at the curb.
Even in the absence of a scheduled delivery window from your carrier, it is highly advisable to inspect your shipment upon arrival for any lost or damaged items. Should you identify any missing or damaged items, please promptly reach out to us at 1 (403) 536-1778. You have a 5-calendar day window from the delivery date to report any damages to us. In the event of multiple damaged items, you reserve the right to refuse delivery of the entire shipment. Freight Delivery to Remote Areas, Areas Outside of Continental U.S. and Canada
Please note that shipments to remote or difficult-to-access areas may incur additional shipping fees, including those for both free and regular shipping orders. If your order is destined for a location with known shipping restrictions, a member of our customer service team will promptly contact you to apprise you of any supplementary charges.
However, it's important to acknowledge that we may not always be aware of whether your area qualifies as remote or poses challenges for freight delivery. If you anticipate difficulties for the shipping company to reach your residence, it is your responsibility to inform us of these issues at the time of purchase. Such obstacles may include, but are not limited to, narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, living on islands, dead end roads, rooftop condos, remoteness and vacant establishments. Please be advised that Fire Goddess cannot be held liable for extra shipping costs associated with merchandise that is undelivered due to the shipping company's inability to access a particular location or above normal shipping times to deliver.
Additionally, please be aware that in-home delivery is not implied or included in the standard shipping fees. Even if you are willing to pay extra for such a service, it may not necessarily be available in your area.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Newfoundland are sent via FedEx 2Day, and as such require an individual quote. As well the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and remote areas of the Canadian provinces will require an individual quote. When you order online, a customer service representative will contact you shortly after your order is placed with the additional shipping charges (before the item is shipped).

Shipping to APO/FPO/CFPO/FMO Addresses
We accommodate shipments to APO/FPO/CFPO/FMO addresses, adhering to the size, weight, and content limitations stipulated by USPS/Canda Post regulations. If a package cannot be dispatched to your APO/FPO/CFPO/FMO address, we will reach out to you to explore alternative arrangements. Furthermore, shipments to APO/FPO/CFPO/FMO addresses may incur additional shipping fees. Should this occur, we will promptly contact you to apprise you of the fees and provide an opportunity for you to modify your shipping address if necessary.

Your shipping confirmation email will detail the delivery method, ensuring you're informed promptly upon placing your order. While we're continuously improving to provide earlier notifications, you can always reach out to us if you anticipate freight delivery might be required. Your satisfaction is our priority, so don't hesitate to contact us for any inquiries or assistance.

Typically, freight carriers won't contact you prior to
delivery. However, some carriers may extend the courtesy of scheduling a
delivery appointment with you. If such a call is made, it usually occurs once
your order has reached a local facility of the freight company. Hence, it's
vital to provide us with the best contact number when placing your order. This
ensures smooth communication with the carrier and avoids any delays in the
delivery process. Once a delivery window is agreed upon, ranging from 4 to 8
hours, we recommend noting it in your calendar to ensure you're available
during that timeframe. Your presence during the scheduled delivery window
ensures a seamless delivery experience.

Your presence at the delivery site is only necessary if the carrier has contacted you to schedule the delivery. Upon arrival, the freight driver will provide you with a receipt, which requires your signature as confirmation of delivery, unless you opt to refuse the shipment due to package damage (further details on this below). If no scheduling call was received, there's no obligation for you to be home to receive the delivery. However, we highly recommend being present to inspect your delivery and facilitate its transfer from the curb.

No, all freight drivers are instructed to carry out curbside delivery exclusively. Their semi-trucks are equipped with liftgates to unload the items; however, it's your responsibility to transport the shipment from the curb to your home or backyard. Once you've completed a comprehensive check, if the driver is present with a receipt for your signature, you have two choices: either make note of minor damage on the receipt before signing to accept the delivery, or refuse the shipment due to significant damage. Refusal of delivery should be reserved for cases where multiple items are damaged. Nevertheless, please promptly notify us in the event of any damage, regardless of severity.

Keep in mind that smaller items may be nested within larger ones, potentially giving the impression of an incomplete order upon initial inspection. We kindly request that you fully unpack each item before contacting us regarding any missing components. If the driver is not present after you've inspected your shipment and identified any issues, there's no cause for concern. Simply reach out to us within 5 calendar days to report any concerns or problems encountered.

Ensure to delicately remove the shrink wrap from your packages and locate the packing list enclosed within. It's crucial to verify the model number of each item against the packing list to confirm the completeness of your order. The model numbers can typically be found either printed on the box itself or on a UPC sticker attached to the box.
As certain items may be nested within other components, it's important to thoroughly unpack every item. Open each box with care and meticulously inspect each item for any signs of physical damage. Be thorough in your examination, checking components such as hinges, knobs, arms, legs, feet, and any moving parts.
Should you encounter any issues related to damages or missing items, please don't hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience. While problems must be reported within 5 calendar days of accepting delivery, our priority is ensuring your immediate satisfaction and resolution.

If you notice any visible damage on the shipment, such as a tear in the shrink wrap, it's essential to make a note of it on the receipt before reaching out to us. Should you find multiple damaged items, you have the option to refuse the shipment, although we're here to assist you in making that decision when you call. Additionally, be sure to thoroughly unpack and inspect every item for any signs of physical damage. Take pictures of any damage. Similarly, if you detect any scratches or dents on the items themselves, as you did with the packaging and shrink wrap, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

You need to report any damage within 5 calendar days of receiving the products. And please provide pictures to help verify damages.

We recognize the frustration that comes with arranging time off work and coordinating assistance, only to find your shipment hasn't arrived within the designated delivery window. If you encounter such a situation, please contact us without delay. We'll swiftly communicate with the freight company to address the missed appointment and assist you in rescheduling a suitable delivery time. Additionally, we're open to exploring alternative solutions, such as a terminal pickup, to ensure your convenience. Rest assured; we are committed to arranging the most suitable option for your needs.

Freight carriers typically make deliveries using semi-trucks, which may face challenges navigating narrow, dead-end, or obstructed streets. If your residence falls into such a category, please inform us when placing your order. We'll collaborate with you to identify a suitable solution. This might involve arranging a terminal pickup, permitting a change of address, hiring movers to aid in delivery, or locating a carrier with a smaller truck capable of reaching your residence. Your satisfaction and convenience are our priorities, and we're committed to finding the best option for your unique circumstances.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after date of delivery of your item to request a return. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As well the item is not eligible if:

  1. If it is a used item.
  2. It is a custom order item.
  3. It is a sale or clearance item.
  4. It was purchased outside of the 30 day period.
  5. It was marked as non-returnable in the item description.

If the item qualifies for a return, you can contact us and start the return process at support@firegoddess.com

After requesting a return the process proceeds as follows:

All shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be deducted from your refund with the exception of manufacturer defects and shipping damage.

Upon receipt of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email containing further instructions about the process.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an itemized Return Authorization along with return shipping labels and detailed instructions via email. Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving approval.

If your return involves freight truck transportation, we will require you to provide us with a photo before authorizing the return. This can be as simple as a cell phone picture. We request a "before" picture to document the item's condition prior to its return to us.

Your return must be securely packaged in its original outer and inner packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please ensure that all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc., are included.

Once Fire Goddess receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on the payment method used for the order. This can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If is taking longer please contact us.

Items returned outside of the 30 day period are not eligible for a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective Products


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Most manufacturers that supply us have great processes to assist with defective products, so please check your product manual for details.

If you are instructed to reach out to us, our experienced Support team will assist you with navigating the manufacturer's warranty process. It's important to understand the information we require and the typical steps involved in the process.

The defective item must still be within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please provide any serial numbers, along with a description and, if possible, pictures or videos depicting the issue.

As experts in the field Fire Goddess will troubleshoot with you to confirm whether the issue is indeed a defect.

Once verified, we will report the issue to the manufacturer to initiate the claim process.

The manufacturer will then review the claim and either approve or reject it.

Please note that the manufacturer's response time may vary based on their internal processes.

If the claim is approved, the warranty process commences, and the manufacturer will provide necessary services, parts, repairs, or a combination thereof, as per the terms of the warranty.

Some components or items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for quality control purposes. We will inform you if this is necessary.

Fire Goddess cannot be held responsible for reimbursing any labor costs or project delays resulting from the receipt of defective goods. Therefore, we recommend scheduling installation only after your order has been received and thoroughly inspected.

It is imperative to open and inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Delivery Inspection policy. This step is crucial to identify any visible defects or damages promptly, preventing delays in utilizing your item(s).

If your product has a defect/damage outside of the warranty period

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process claims directly with the manufacturer. However, should you require replacement parts or entire units, you can conveniently purchase them through Fire Goddess. Kindly reach out to us for pricing and availability.
Please note that replacement parts or whole units may not be available for items that have been discontinued.

Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a damaged item, it is imperative that you notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. We strongly recommend opening and inspecting all items immediately upon delivery. Even if you do not intend to install your product right away, it is essential to open and thoroughly inspect all items for any signs of damage.

For damaged products reported within 5 calendar days of delivery:

Refuse delivery of the item with the carrier.

If you do accept the item, please promptly report any damage to us within 5 calendar days after inspecting both the outer box and inner contents.

Upon notification, we will provide options such as replacement parts, a discounted offer to retain the item in its current condition, or the option to return it for a refund or replacement.

DO NOT USE THE ITEM IN ANY WAY!

If you opt to retain the item at a discounted rate, you must respond within 5 calendar days to accept or decline our offer.

During this period, refrain from using the item until a final resolution is reached.

Please retain all packaging materials, including the box and all components, in case the item needs to be returned to us.

For damage reported after 5 calendar days:

We do not offer refunds, store credits, or free parts under any circumstances. This policy is firm and non-negotiable. Replacement parts for repair purposes can be purchased from us.

Please be aware that this policy extends beyond the timeframe for filing claims with the carrier or manufacturer/shipping warehouse.

Given that returns are not approved within this timeframe, you are welcome to use the item as desired.

In order to assess the parts required for potential repairs, we may request pictures of the item.
