The Backwoods Competitor boasts 8 heavy-duty racks, each measuring 19 1/2" square and spaced 3 inches apart. The Competitor boasts a large cooking capacity, making it perfect for smoking a wide variety of meats at once. This powerful smoker can handle approximately:
