With an extra 6 inches of depth and width compared to our standard Competition Hog Smoker, this massive unit can handle hogs weighing between 240 to 260 lbs, depending on how they’re prepared. Whether you're competing at the highest level or catering large-scale events, the Pro Competition Hog is built to meet your needs.

This smoker offers unparalleled cooking capacity, with a cooking surface area that includes 1 standard rack (33″ x 57″) and 1 carousel rack. Need even more space? Extra racks can be added to double or even triple the amount of ribs, briskets, and chicken you can cook at once.

The Pro Competition Hog isn’t just big—it’s designed for top-tier performance. The smoker comes standard with a heat diverter, allowing for precise temperature control and even heat distribution. With a cooking range of 180 to 300°F, you can easily smoke a variety of meats to perfection.

Meat it can cook at one time:
•    44 slabs of baby back ribs, or
•    28 to 32 briskets, or
•    75 to 85 Boston butts
•    Or up to a 260 lb. whole hog

NOTE: We prefer not to go over a total of 16 inches in total height on the bottom of the smoker.
• Racks {additional racks can be added}
• Carousels {up to 3 additional carousels can be added}
• Sliders {additional sliders can be added, these are what your racks rest on and slide in and out on}
• Tie down handles {1″ d-rings for your ratchet straps}
