G2 Chubby Charcoal Smoker Grill

If you loved the original Chubby 3400, get ready for the G2 Chubby—a bigger and more powerful version designed for the backyard BBQ enthusiast. With the upgrades you've been asking for, the G2 Chubby is ready to take your smoking game to the next level.

One of the key upgrades is an additional 6 inches of depth, providing more room to cook larger cuts of meat and accommodate full-size steam pans. This means you can smoke briskets, pork butts, and ribs like a pro, with plenty of space to feed the whole family—or the whole neighborhood. Additionally, the G2 Chubby now features heavy-duty wire racks, a larger firebox for extended cooking times, and an upgraded water pan for improved heat retention and moisture.

This smoker offers impressive cooking capacity, allowing you to smoke:

•    10 to 12 slabs of baby back ribs
•    4 to 6 briskets
•    4 to 6 Boston butts

As an added bonus, we’ve made the heat diverter a standard feature, giving you more control over your cooking temperature and ensuring even heat distribution throughout the smoker. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned pitmaster, the G2 Chubby is built to deliver the best results every time.

The G2 Chubby is everything you loved about the original Chubby 3400, but with increased capacity, power, and versatility. Ready to handle bigger cookouts, longer smokes, and bolder flavors? The G2 Chubby is your new go-to smoker for serious backyard BBQ.

Get yours today and experience why this smoker is a must-have for every backyard warrior.

Cooking Style

Finding the best smoker depends on your preferred cooking style, the flavor you want, and the level of control you want over your fire. Offset smokers offer rich wood-smoke flavor and classic stick-burning performance. Pellet smokers deliver set-and-forget convenience with consistent temperatures. Vertical and cabinet smokers maximize capacity for large cooks while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency.

Build Quality

Build quality matters for heat retention and smoke consistency. Look for thick steel, premium seals, and reliable temperature control systems. Whether you're smoking brisket, ribs, poultry, or wild game, the right smoker ensures even heat distribution and consistent results year-round.
