Large products such as grills, smokers, fire pits, fire bowls, and outdoor kitchens often ship via freight truck.
Freight shipments include:

• Delivery to the nearest accessible location
• Scheduled delivery appointments for many shipments
Freight carriers do not:
• Bring items inside a home or yard
• Move equipment through gates or buildings
• Install or assemble products
If inside delivery or white-glove service is required, please contact Fire Goddess before ordering so arrangements can be discussed.
For freight deliveries, customers are responsible for:
• Confirming whether a loading dock or forklift is available
• Ensuring the delivery location is accessible to freight trucks
• Being available to receive the scheduled delivery
• Inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt
If no forklift or dock is available, liftgate service may be required depending on the product.
Failure to disclose delivery restrictions may result in redelivery or carrier service fees.
Processing times depend on the product ordered.
Typical timelines include:
• In-stock items: 3–7 business days
• Handcrafted fire features: 3–6 weeks
• Custom outdoor kitchens: longer lead times may apply
